Nice room, nice bed and excellent bathroom. The particularly nice view of garden. Excellent, good location just next door to a walking distance of Costanera building and mall and several restaurants and cafes, cafes and the metro station Tobalaba, accommodating staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a leafy suburb of Santiago. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the "business" district Las Condes. It felt very safe and was conveniently close to the metro station Tobalaba. The two-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious, with plenty of storage space to unpack my suitcases. Plus, the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. Having breakfast included was a great perk too, making my mornings hassle-free.

The only minor issue I encountered was with communication at the hotel, but overall, everything was fine.

The location is unbeatable and the unit is very clean. This place is a great base for shopping and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to Express de Lider Tobalaba. The breakfast is satisfying.

Nos tuvimos que cambiar dpto y piso porque estaba malo el aire acondicionado. Desayuno agota siempre el mismo, no hay variedad. No habían cubiertos, tampoco copas y vasos. Sin cuchillo para poder cocinar... Había solo un papel higiénico para 2 noches

The hotel has a great location, away from the main tourist areas but just near the subway station of Tobalaba. A big shopping centre can be reached on foot, and the neighborhood feels safe. the breakfast area on the top floor offers an excellent view of the city. the two, bedroom apartments are clean, with a full, sized refrigerator, living room, and kitchen facilities.

The Wi, Fi can be unreliable at times, and the bathroom tub/shower can be difficult to climb into since it's a couple of feet off the ground.

During our stay at the hotel, we found the location to be perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily reach various restaurants and shopping areas within a short walk. The apartment itself was spacious and well lit, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was also kind and helpful, making sure our needs were taken care of.

The complementary breakfast was delicious and the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was dirty and outdated, with old furniture and stained floors. the lack of basic kitchenware made it difficult to enjoy a bottle of wine in the room, and the absence of courtesy toiletries was disappointing.

The location was great! We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The view from the top floor where breakfast was served was outstanding! We also appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the apartment. The kitchen had all the basic necessities to make a meal which was a plus!
